Announcement: Honduras!

Many of you may know that I spent this past summer in Cape Town, South Africa working in local community health clinics.  The six weeks I spent working with local communities and individuals changed me in more ways than I could ever begin to explain.  I know that it may sound cliche, but it was the most rewarding experience I have had thus far--but eye opening and humbling.  The members of the communities had compassion, pride and humility for their culture and people.  Please see the link above (South Africa 2012) if you would like more info.

Before I left Cape Town I knew that I wanted to continue my service work back home at Rochester.  I had heard of Global Water Brigades through my friend, Bridget, who is also in Alpha Phi.  I immediately messaged her requesting more information and knew that it was something I would pursue during my senior year.

Well folks, it is official! I am happy to announce that I am going to spend a week in Honduras this coming January working as a member of Global Water Brigades, Rochester.  I cannot wait to share more information with you and share what GWB is all about along with the brigade itself.  There is so much to be done in the coming months with preparations, fundraising and spreading the word about GWB and I hope that you will follow the journey with me and the other brigaders (there is a group of about 20!)

I will give more information on the trip in the coming weeks regarding what exactly GWB does in Honduras, so keep reading!

Please feel free to read up on Global Water Brigades HERE!
Donations/ sponsorship can be located at empowered.org/kyliebellis where you can donate towards either my personal goal or the entire group.

**All donations/ sponsorship goes towards supplies to build sustainable water systems (including pipes, tools etc), 24/7 guards, travel expenses and our personal labor**

Thank you,
Kylie

So Not Me, A Rant

I have been struggling. Legitimately.  I was told that going abroad would help hone in my focus with school and life in general but I am finding that I am only focused on life rather the assignments for class that are necessary for me to graduate and actually have a life.  Does that seem weird?  I am sure that this is normal for a senior in college who is burnt out from writing paper after paper, taking test after test...I am sure that you are all with me when I say sometimes I just want to curl up on the couch and not leave.  Not do any work.

This has been going pretty well for me thus far but I have hit the point in the semester when I start getting grades back from papers and tests and am finding myself sincerely dissatisfied with my performance and outcome. I procrastinated the paper that I finishing up for class today until yesterday--since when do I ever do that?  I curled up at Panera all afternoon yesterday and wrote away and ended up sleeping at 2am, woke up at 7 and am still not happy with the final product.

I found myself reading motivational quotes to get through the daunting last hours and even splurged on nutella and pretzels.  Don't get me wrong, I love writing and I love what I am taking but what gives?  I was able to go and run 5.5 miles yesterday (Yes, I actually did it!) which felt beyond amazing and was able to get some work done but I am now beating myself up over the lack of focus.  Maybe that will straighten me out and focus me.

I apologize for this rant and hope that you are better of than I am on this dreary Tuesday morning.  All will be fine by the end of the day. Enjoy.

I Dance To The Beat

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get music? Please, I am in desperate need to actually own music (not necessarily by buying it for $1 or $2 a song) and not only listen to Pandora for the rest of my life.

Last night I discovered three new stations on Pandora that you need to check out:
1. Bon Iver - Thanks to my friend Emily from Cape Town, this guy is one of my new favorites
2. Trevor Hall - Special thanks to Clare for always playing his CD in her car
3. Dance Cardio- Please just listen to this while on the treadmill or at the gym
4. Classical Piano Radio- They play nothing but the best and it helps with writing papers (I promise)

Today I worked for a few hours and then had a great mid-week workout at the gym.  I beasted 30 minutes and a little over 3 miles on the treadmill, which I am convinced was more, and hit up some stretching and abs.  I am so astonished by how much my body can transform itself in 6 short weeks--the race is only a few weeks away but I am already so much stronger and will definitely be ready!

Fall!

The first of October has officially passed but we are now quickly approaching the heart of fall and with that comes so many exciting and new plans/ recipes and activities.  I love fall, which is probably why I have been having some serious obsessions with pumpkins, apples and cinnamon. Who is going to judge me? Hopefully no one.

September was a great month of getting back to school, adjusting to a new living arrangement in a super awesome senior suite along with getting into the swing of doing schoolwork again.  I have finally found a good balance between exercise, school, friends and every other aspect of life--at least for now.  My priorities aren't as focused on school this semester for some reason and I am having difficulties pinpointing why--I hope that it isn't a case of senioritis quite yet but I have a feeling that I am starting to get burnt out from the daily hassles of reading and paper writing which is why most of my efforts have been going towards future planning, goals, job searches and other activities that I am passionate about.

My newest endeavor? Global Water Brigades!  Much more to come on this soon but for a general overview, GWB is an international group that is part of a larger global initiative brigade organization that gives groups and individuals the opportunity to visit an area and make a difference. Rochester GWB plans a brigade each spring semester to Honduras where they spend the week digging trenches to provide water to communities that would otherwise not have access.  I am currently in the application process to go on the brigade but will still be in the club if I am not chosen--there is so much to be done here at school and in Rochester.

Are you having trouble getting into school this year? If so, do you have any suggestions on how to stay out of a rut?

Sickness Advice

It seems as though everyone I know has a sniffle, or cough, or cold and or some sort of medical malady right now.  Whether or not this coincides with the changing weather and the fact that we are approaching our first full month of school along with midterms I have no clue but I am leaning towards there being some sort of connection.

First things first friends, take care of yourselves.

This week I did not have an abundance of work that required me to stay up until all hours of the night reducing my nightly sleep to 6-7 hours but I stayed up anyways.  The result? Whatever cold is surfacing around school found its way into my immune system and...BAM! Sickness.  I hate being sick, with a passion.  Not only because it makes me feel awful but it also significantly reduces my productivity with work and training for my 10k.  I kept telling myself every night that I would go to bed by 11 and then somehow 1 am rolled around and I thought that I could still set my alarm for 7am the next morning--no way, jose. Be smarter than that! You need SLEEP!

Last night my friend Emily, from HWS, came to visit and we enjoyed some tasty tofu tacos with a glass of wine before watching the premier of Grey's Anatomy (which I have to say is looking pretty good this season!)  I started feeling sleepy around 10:30 so I listened to my body and went to bed by 11:30 and slept in until 9.  I cannot even begin to tell you what a difference it made it my day--already I know I am going to be much more productive, happy and attentive to both my work and fun planned for this evening.

When you feel like you are getting run down, sick or overtired think of it this way...Give your body the rest and respect it deserves.  Take time to sleep a little more or drink extra teat throughout the day.  Take a 20 minute nap if need be and rest your brain for a few minutes over breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Midterms can and will be stressful but I have found that you will perform better if you take care of yourself first and foremost. You need not stress yourself to the point of exhaustion and OCD craziness, I promise it will do no good.  I bet that you will get more done in the day and be much more productive if you sleep and take some "me" time each day to relax, reflect and enjoy the simple things in life.

A Typical Morning (For Me)

I tend to describe myself as a very organized person, at least for the most part.  I like to know where everything is at all times and have been found cleaning the refrigerator for...uh, how do I put this, fun.

Out of the past years I have spent in college I have found that one of the dilemmas that most of us crazy students face is food.  Do we have time to eat it? Do we like what we are eating? Are we eating out of boredom? Have we forgotten to eat all day so now we eat all night?  The vicious cycle of eating at strange hours or skipping meals all together because of work, class or clubs is most definitely detrimental to our health, body and even grades. One of my goals for this year is to make sure that I make the time to enjoy breakfast, pack a lunch and have a quality dinner.  Unless there is a day where I am extremely booked from 7 am- 11pm I should be able to do this. Regardless of the amount of work, there is only so much that one person can fit into the day and pulling all nighters does not feel like the best thing to do as a senior (I still have to do it once but I am waiting for just the right day!)

So, a typical morning for me looks somewhat like this:

1. Get up to the alarm and try NOT to hit the snooze button, I also try to get up an hour or so before I normally would roll out of bed so that I can enjoy the morning

2. morning yoga stretch--this hasn't altered very much and is the same sun salutation I was doing 3 weeks ago but it puts me in the right mindset for the day

3. write 4 goals I would like to accomplish in the day--sounds a bit quirky but it really helps me focus in on what the important things are..these goals could range from being nice to someone I was rude to the day before, thanking a friend for something he/she did, not getting stressed for a presentation or exam.

4. make myself a hearty breakfast or leave time to stop at Starbucks on campus for oatmeal
pumpkin pie oats with chia

5. drink plenty of water and try to stick with tea NOT coffee, which I save for early afternoon!

6. Lunch Box Tuesday! Tuesdays are the BUSIEST day of the week for me with classes going straight from 11-4:40.  I have tried eating breakfast before, breakfast and lunch before or just bringing snacks for after breakfast and nothing seems to give me enough fuel to make it through those last 40 minutes of lecture which is conveniently located at the med school.

I'm trying something new today, bringing my lunch! (note the lovely lunch box). Into the box today goes GF Snyders pretzels, 2 hard boiled eggs, field greeks and quinoa and some local grapes

Case of The Mondays

Lets start the week of right.  Happy Monday.  A few good things that have already happened today include the fact that I woke up before my alarm (8:15) and regardless of the fact that I probably could have used those extra 15 minutes, I jumped out of bed and started my day.

I am still attempting to do a little yoga each morning before I get dressed, eat or do anything semi-productive but I have been getting more lax about this--my goal for the week is to learn a few new moves and incorporate those into my routine!

This week shouldn't be too busy but I am upping my weekday milage to 3 miles on tuesday (which is now moving to wednesday) and 2 miles on thursday.  Why am I switching the days around? Well, tuesday I have class from 11-4:40, no break. Need I say more?  Class is also a solid mile and a half away so strap on a heavy backpack and there you have some nice cross training for the day.

This week is also my second week doing hospital scans for my independent study--I finally have some "business casual" clothes but I am ALWAYS looking for more.  I've already been suggested to look at Zara--do you have any suggestions? (Not trying to break the bank but I need to look professional!)

We are into our 4th week of school--of senior year for many of me and my friends. Take time to enjoy the extra minutes of the day (MAKE extra minutes in the day to relax), there really is no reason to stress and pack your day so full that you cannot enjoy a cup of tea or to finish my long and somewhat obnoxious posts :)

Weekend in Photos

This is the lazy version of blogging:

Woodchuck makes a great cider (their amber is sheer awesomeness) but this special edition FALL cider is to die for.  I cannot wait to whip up some baked doughnuts/ fresh apple pie and pair them with one of these bad boys.  What's even better is that woodchuck is GF for those of you who hate the bloated and awful feeling that beer often gives.

Friends downtown on Thursday night

Amy's awesome tacos that she made for her birthday and allowed us to devour! She definitely revamped my love for tacos--reminded me of a better version of taco thursday (hello high school).

Brendan came to visit this weekend as well and I finally made him take a new photo with me, as if we don't have enough already!

BPG dance tryouts were earlier last week but I finally snagged this photo from Rebz phone--Team Mulan!

Our suite celebrated Amy's Birthday and Marisa's is coming up soon!

I woke up at 9:30 this morning for an awesome 3.5 mile run.  After having a few rough sweaty runs from the humidity it was nice to feel accomplished on one of my long runs.  This means that week 2 is complete and we are onto week 3 of 8!

Alpha Phifa, Kick it for a Cause was hosted by Rochester Alpha Phi today and proceeds went to support our philanthropy, Cardiac Care!

I finally made my way to the library to do some computer homework and start reading for the week and brought along with me some killer leftovers. Hodge-Podge Mexican Casserole

Hodge Podge Mexican Casserole
EASY PEASY!

All you need is the following:
1. Salsa
2. Brown Rice
3. Chicken Breast
4. Rice and Corn
5. Mexican Spices (cumin, chili powder etc)
6. Greek Yogurt

I took the cooked brown rice and layered it in the bottom of a pan.  Next I took leftover bean burrito mixture which is basically black beans and corn that have been simmered together with garlic, cumin, chili powder and onions and poured it on top.  Next came the chicken that I pan seared quickly, some extra tomatoes I had lying around made their way in along with a mixture of salsa and greek yogurt that I mixed and heated on the stove

30 minutes on 350 and volia, dinner.

WIAW: A First of Many

I like to cook and I like to cook often.  I thought i'd make that perfectly clear in case anyone needed clarification.  I also came to the realization that I have been quite sarcastic on here lately so my apologies. But back to my love of cooking and baking and living in a college suite/ apartment that requires a $915 meal plan.  What to do, what to do.  I refuse to waste my time eating dinners or the majority of meals in campus dining halls--I just cannot do it any longer (once in a while is fine but for the sake of everyone who hears me complain about my stomach issues, I cook for myself).

Since I do spend so much time in my lovely kitchen I think it would be fun to join the WIAW or What I Ate Wednesday band wagon, which was started by the awesome Peas and Crayons.  I don't want to begin sharing every single pretzel or rice cake that I have for a snack let alone the number of peanut butter scoops that I sneak a day but once a week I can share a bit about my daily routine.

Today seems to be a bit of an odd day to start since I ate out for lunch and only managed to snap a picture of dinner but lets go for it anyways.

For Breakfast I had two poached eggs with Ezekiel 7-grain sprouted bread and some hot sauce for a nice kick.  This was accompanied with a Tazo Organic Chai tea.

Brendan had come up to visit me so we walked around campus and by lunchtime we were both starving...almost literally.  And trust me, when I am hungry I am a mean mean person.  We ate out at one of my favorite lunch spots, Mise en Place. A bit of a yuppy name but actually quite reasonable and my turkey deli sandwich was especially tasty on this hot afternoon.

This place is great if you need a sandwich on the go even though you will wait a few minutes for them to prepare it and for $6 for a grilled sandwich I am okay waiting!

My afternoon was spent going to Beers of the World picking out some tasty fall beers that I cannot wait to try (especially the Pumpkinhead) and I oohed and Ahhed over the various ciders they offered which were all a bit too steep for my wallet.

Finally I get to dinner. Oh dinner.

Amazing Burrito Bowl!

Into the mix went field greens and spinach, cucumber, tomato, homemade guacamole, salsa, a little brown rice and leftover bean and corn mixture that Brendan's mom made.

I was a little ambitious with this baby but it was so good I couldn't resist! Now I am stuck with a very full stomach and a ton of reading.

Hope you all enjoy your wednesday evening!

Eggplant Parm & A Lack of Focus

Eggplant Parm and Man Vintners CABERNET SAUVIGNON
What a great ending to a rather interesting day.  I woke up this morning planning to jump out of bed (without the alarm) and quickly make my way to the library.  However, I ended up slowly creeping out of bed and enjoying a nice bowl of pumpkin pie oats inspired by Katie at Peace Love & Oats.  I love getting up this way and sometimes forget to take a look around and enjoy the nice weather, an amazing breakfast and the friends that I live with.

I made the greatest attempt to focus in on readings today but I still have yet to get into the grind and swing of school.  This is always such an issue for me and this year more than ever before, I am lacking motivation.  This seriously needs to change as soon as possible since I have so many plans and would like to accomplish them all. After a slight freak out at Panera I decided to make some adjustments--or at least consider them.  I may reconsider taking the GRE this semester and focus solely on my studies and independent study work. Since this is only my second year at UR and sadly my last, I want nothing more than to make the very most of it.

In terms of the week I am on week 2 of my 10k training.  Week 2 is the same as week one so I won't have to run more than 3 miles (on sunday) and can focus on building a good base again.  This weekend is also the Clothesline Arts Festival (a personal favorite festival!) and Alpha Phifa which I will share more about later on but it is a soccer tournament that supports Cardiac Care and the Alpha Phi Foundation.

What I'm Loving This September

Carla and Me at the Rochester Red Wings.

Two classes into the semester and I can already predict that I am going to have a bad case of senioritis this year.  Whether it is because I moved back on campus this year or that I am finally enjoying school more than ever before I am not sure but I will definitely welcome a little fun into my life.

Last night Alpha Phi went to the Rochester Red Wings game for some sisterhood bonding which is where Carla and I were when the picture above was taken.  This morning I woke up at 7, which was more than difficult, and went to the public market with both Clare and Carla--by 9:30 we had collected veggies for the week and a good amount of fruit for tonights sangria (cannot wait for that!).  I had a pretty decent cross training workout at the gym and then finished the morning with some casual wegmans shopping.

I wanted to share with you a few of my favorites for september so that if you're ever in the mood you can check them out!

Book: Running the Rift and Healthy Tipping Point
I bought Healthy Tipping Point for my SA trip and it turned out to be a winner--definitely not as self-helpy as I thought it would be.  Running the Rift (Benaron)  I have yet to make up my mind since I started it on the plane ride home from SA (my last ever purchase in Cape Town...tears).  it is about a young Rwandan boy who wishes to run in the Olympics and combines a story turmoil in the country. Winner.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with almond milk, cinnamon/ nutmeg and raisins

Snack: Almond Butter from Red Bird Market (Fairport, NY) and pretzels. Oh and Plums are surprisingly amazing

Quick Dinner: Curried Quinoa on greens with tomato or Eggs and Salsa

Tea: Numi Chocolate Pur-eh

Routine: I started doing a little yoga EVERY morning as soon as I wake up, have a full glass of water and then get into the day.  Try getting up a little earlier to give yourself time to enjoy the morning

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

And a casual plug on running, even though it is almost 90 every day. I started training for a 10k this past week and am just about finished with week 1. More updates to come and only 7 weeks to go!

The Last First Day

The title pretty much says it all, today is the last first day of college.  Last night I went to bed thinking how strange it was that college was 3/4 complete--only 3 years ago I was packing away my tupperware containers and obnoxiously pink PB Teen bedding long with a few Hello Kitty wall decorations and unpacking into Potter 2 or 3 (is it strange that I cannot remember?) at HWS. A nervous and anxious young Kylie walked around orientation without a clue in the world about the differences between individuals and what the world had to offer me.  I did the usual activities, poster sale and activities fair along with some going out once the "dry" days had ended. Needless to say, I was much more naaive than I am now...Remind me of this because I will probably think the same in the coming years.

Today I woke up ready for the day.  I started with morning yoga (isn't this new?) thanks to the many Sun Salutations I did with Emily in South Africa. Just following I make my amazing iced coffee and am now ready for the day.  A quick breakfast with Michelle and then I will make my way across the Genesee River to campus for my first day--two classes (easy peasy!)  Introduction to Web Design and Public Health Ethics...Bring it on.

So for all of you who are also getting into their last first days or their very first days or whatever day/ week this is for you, best of luck!  Start the year on the positive side and make sure to take time to enjoy yourself and the world around you. Sleep in a little, take an extra nap, go for that extra beer if you want, and make time for you and your friends.  Pull away from the tireless library dates and late night study sessions with books you are too tired to carry. Make the most of it.

If you're in the mood for a good laugh this morning check out the past four years...

First Day of Senior Year- High school

Pink pink and more pink...note the tupperware drawers!

Hello Kitty and more pink, oh and vera on a lanyard?

Self picture (lacking classiness there but oh well!)

Happy last first day!

A Graduation & Vacation

Congrats to this guy for graduating from Colgate University last weekend! 4 years of friends, fun and lots of visits from me, I couldn't be more proud of him.   I spent graduation weekend with Brendan and his family with a huge picnic, ceremonies and one last night with his friends. I had the most amazing time and am so happy to have met so many amazing people through Brendan at Colgate.

Next up was a trip to Montreal, my gift to Brendan for graduation.  I had been keeping this trip a secret for so long and then accidentally told him the week before (oops!). The drive, a longish 6 hours, was filled with many coffee breaks and breakfast sandwiches and ended with some serious traffic to get to our hotel.  We had the most amazing time perusing Montreal, exploring restaurants and the typical touristy sites and even got caught in the middle of a huge protest.

After going to London and wearing my classic sperry's around the city ALL DAY I learned my lesson and went with some sneakers.  All day I continually mentioned how touristy we looked with our sneakers and camera bag but it was fun and I made quite a few jokes about it.

We went to a few markets for cheese and baguettes, the Biodome (because you're never too old for the zoo), famous restaurants that were suggested by Anthony Bourdain himself (Dominion Square Tavern, Beauty's Lucheonette, and St. Viteur's Bagels)...YUM!

Congratulations Brendan!!

Flying By

I honestly cannot fathom how quickly this semester is coming to a close.  As I sat attempting to write my final essay for a philosophy class I felt the procrastination building.  What to do I thought? I perused pinterest (something I had barely known about the last time I actually wrote on Miscellanea) and then decided it was time to update.

Here is a brief recap on the semester:

I became a sister of the Theta Kappa Chapter of Alpha Phi at University of Rochester and have already met the most amazing girls that I am proudly able to call my sisters.

I said goodbye to my best friend and first dog Greta (Bunny) who lived an amazing grouchy life constantly scaring away my friends.

Brendan and I went to my friend Sarah's Wedding in Upstate, NY which was absolutely beautiful.

I spent hours making these AMAZING irish car bomb cupcakes for miss. Maureen's birthday

Which we later celebrated with many desserts and a great dinner out with her friends from school.

Spring flowers finally sprouted (and then froze again).

I visited Brendan numerous times all which included some pretty delicious meals. (whole wheat pasta, tomatoes, greek olives, capers, feta, basil)

and most recently, friends from home came to visit for a night out!

While the semester as a whole has been one of the best yet and I have met some of the most influential people that have had a wonderful impact on my life, I have yet to explain the best part.

From June to July (this coming summer) I will be in Cape Town, South Africa!  While in Cape Town I will be taking  course while spending 16-20 hours weekly in clinics, hospice facilities and rural AIDS clinics working with the locals while learning their healthcare system.

I cannot wait to share these experiences with my friends and family through photographs and writing!

Further updates for the coming weeks:
1. Ballet Performance Group spring show, this friday
2. First D-DAY weekend, next weekend
3. My mom and I will run a 5k together next weekend as well
4. Summer begins!

Plated.

I cannot wait to head back to school and get back to the grind with working out and doing work with friends.  Not to mention I miss everyone at Rochester and even more so, BPG.  I also plan on visiting Emily over this semester at HWS or having her come back to Rochester again.

In honor of returning to the great city of Rochester, or should I say returning to live in Rochester, I spent the weekend with friends and Brendan. Friday night was spent with Cara, Mandy and Brad...We watched Say Yes to the Dress and drank Hot Chocolate and saturday was spent with Brendan at an Amerk's game, bowling and having garbage plates!

Garbage plate art. How delicious.

I am going to the Fleet Feet Half Marathon info session tonight and will hopefully be signing up for that and then you will have more to follow than my day to day life!

BPG Holiday & Studying

A few weeks ago I hosted BPG at my house for a "cookie and hot coco" party.  What a great way to start off the holiday season.  Wegmans catered with 30 delicious cutout cookies and I provided my homemade frosting

Great homemade frosting recipe:
(without measuring sorry!)

Confectioners Sugar
Non-fat Milk
** do this in a 3/1 ratio or however runny you like it! Definitely MORE sugar and LESS milk works best!
1 tbsp light corn syrup
1 tbsp vanilla (or to taste)

The best way for this frosting to get its TRUE effect is to actually refrigerate the cookies after frosting.  This allows the frosting to cool, harden and shine!

Here's Pam's amazing cookie creation.  So jealous.

As for today, I am busy studying away at Barnes and Noble.  It really is a great place to study though I often find myself getting distracted.   Thank god I started the day off right with a workout at 7am, and on 5 hours of sleep no less!  I definitely want to start upping the weights that I'm lifting, it makes me feel so jacked!

The agenda for today (I really should start paying attention to these agenda's that I make for myself, it would really really help keep me on track!)

1. Finish study guide for U.S. Health System
2. Begin to make some connections between the hundred or so years we covered
3. STUDY STUDY STUDY for epidemiology!!
4. Learn the equations for epidemiology...

5. fix leftovers from biaggi's for lunch
6. Bring healthy snacks to the library tonight
7. leave the library and 12 again tonight, watch greys and bed!

Weekly Recap & Welcome Home

Weekly recap:

This past week has been different, to say the least.  My first semester at UR is finally coming to a close and finals are beginning to pile up. I've definitely been trying to keep my cool when it comes to studying, which means not frequenting the library as often as most other students.  However, I have been busy working at other locations, see my post on Panera.  I decided that it is starting to get a bit disgusting, the amount of times I have eaten there in the past week at least.

I have also made sure to keep up with my workouts, thank god!  In spite of all the craziness and hints of snow, these are a MUST.  They keep me sane, in shape and motivated to push further into the night with all my work.  So yes, an hour here and an hour there has definitely made this finals week less stressful than the last.

I completed my first week of half marathon training, yay!  While I had to shift around the days a little bit, I did manage to get it done.

Today I went on a 4m run around the city, through Park Ave, East Ave and Monroe.  The training plan I am using, Jeff Galloway mixed with Hal Hidgon suggests some "run-walking" methods to get you through.  I am not a huge fan of walking just because it makes me feel inadequate compared to those Marathon Runners but it has actually really helped!

Tonight's agenda includes:
1. Study Session from 6:30-8
2. Working late into the night, say 2:30am and finishing my study guide!

also, Carolyn comes home today!!!!!!

What a B.A.M.F
